Change Info:
- switches (grayscale/duplex) could get stuck in between states, and not update correctly
- use destination printer's default tray (if set to automatic in GreenCloud printer)
- adjust zoom when changing number of pages per sheet (1/2/4)
- start printing via Ctrl+P or Enter (if no special control is focused)
- option "Adjust page size to printable area" was not persistent
- page status was not updated when changing printers
- fix "download failed" issue when destination folder doesn't exist
